Jessika is a nationally certified acupuncturist, herbalist, and general practitioner of classical chinese medicine. For decades she has been integrating these skills with meditation, qigong and therapeutic movement to guide patients into ever deepening states of health, contentment, and connection with the natural world. Her treatment style is warm, personable, and informative.

Jessika is nationally certified by the NCCAOM, and is a Licensed Acupuncturist in the states of New York and Colorado. She studied Chinese Philosophy and language at Columbia University, and at Nanjing University in the People’s Republic of China. She received her MSOM degree from Southwest Acupuncture College in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Her practice of medicine is informed by more than two decades of study with Jeffrey Yuen, 88th generation Taoist healer in the Jade Purity lineage.

Jessika is devoted to helping her clients uncover a deep level of ongoing health and wellbeing in all areas of life.  In addition to her acupuncture and herbal training, she brings over thirty years of meditation experience in the Daoist, Tibetan and Zen traditions to her healing practice. She has also studied deeply in the traditions of Ayurveda and Tibetan Medicine (Sowa Rigpa) and incorporates these modalities to fully serve patients. She has trained in Continuum movement, Body Mind Centering, and a variety of breath and movement disciplines which inspire her approach to qigong and healing.
